These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transport and logistics services provided by GMAPT Prozessfinanzierung & Transporte GmbH ("Contractor") to its clients.
Our offers are subject to change. A contract is only concluded upon written order confirmation by the Contractor or upon commencement of the performance of services.
The scope of the performance owed results from the order confirmation. Additional services (e.g. storage, detailing, special trips) are agreed upon and billed separately.
All prices are net prices plus statutory value-added tax. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due for payment within 14 days of the invoice date without deduction.
The Client warrants that the handed-over vehicle is ready for driving or loading and that all value-relevant circumstances were disclosed prior to placing the order.
The transport takes place within the agreed transport/cargo insurance. The liability of the contractor is governed by the statutory provisions; the amount of insurance cover is shown per order.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. In the event of short-term cancellation, costs already incurred may be invoiced.
Austrian law applies, excluding conflict of law rules. The place of jurisdiction is, insofar as legally permissible, VIENNA.
